Know when your business number is calling you

If you are diverting your calls directly to your mobile or another number by default it will show you the callers number that's calling your business. If you want to know who is calling you then you will need to force the system to show your own number or use our Secure Voip App. 

Please note that this will stop you from seeing the caller number on all phones while this is activated, including your desk phones. 

Quick Guide

Set your Caller to show your business number

  1. Log into https://portal.techconnections.co.nz > Voice tab and select the number you want to set up Caller ID privacy on.
  2. Select Outgoing Calls > Caller ID and Privacy.
  3. Tick Force Caller ID to be sent on all calls
  4. Select Save settings to update.
